Where do I enter tips that i received that are not on my 1099

After entering the 1099-misc, you will eventually be  asked if you had any other income, not shown on a 1099. Enter the tips as additional income. Since you are self employed, it is not necessary to  specifically identify the money as tip income.

Based on your other post, you might actually be an employee, and should have received a W-2, not a 1099-MISC.
