If you are eligible for 0% or 100% exclusion or have a pension of less than $31,110 (see the form for conditions), TurboTax won't ask you for the percentage - take a look at Schedule P and see if you are eligible. But if it looks like you are eligible, come back to us and ask for the location of the input.
