Where can I find how much money is deducted monthly for Medicare Parts B and C? I don't see it on my SSA-1099-SM.

The monthly amounts will not be shown on the SSA-1099.  Only the annual amount is shown in the Description of Amount in Box 3 section on the left side of the form.

You can divide the annual amount by 12 to get the monthly amount.
