When you right click on line 9 (Total REIT Dividends) of the QBI Deduction Summary form, and then select "Data Source", the pop up says the source is one or more "Sch K-1 Wks", even when no Schedule K-1 exists. The actual data source is Box 5 (Section 199A Dividends) of Form 1099-DIV. Shouldn't that be fixed?
Please clarify which version of TurboTax you are using: TurboTax Online or TurboTax for Desktop? Windows or Mac? If Online, which browser? What type of return are you working on?
I'm using 2024 TurboTax for Windows desktop, and working on an individual (1040) tax return.
Are you using Home & Business? TurboTax should certainly be directing the user to the correct data source. Thank you for bringing to this to our attention.

Please confirm that you are still seeing this Data Source for Line 9 Total REIT dividends on the QBI Deduction Summary report. This report is fully calculated. You should see "There is no help content for this context." The experience you have reported may have been resolved in a recent update.
Just checked again. Have latest update for TurboTax Premier 2024. Still see the same source when right-click on Line 9 Total REIT dividends on the QBI Deduction Summary report. This is what shows in the pop-up box:
