When will I be able to file my Michigan state taxes if I took an early retirement distribution due to Covid?

I was able to file my federal and waive the 10% early withdrawal penalty from my IRA, but TurboTax is telling me that they are still updating the Michigan State tax form regarding that early withdrawal, and I cannot e-file my state taxes yet.
