When ur doing ur taxes and the question says did u take out a distribution 2018, 2019 or 2020? Including distributions from the covid cares act...what does that mean?

Did you take a distribution from a tax deferred retirement account such as a 401(k) or an IRA due to a federally declared disaster or because of Covid and received a Form 1099-R for the distribution?
