When TurboTax asks me to input Roth IRA contributions do I leave it blank if the only contributions are rollover that have been reported with 1099 -R?

Yes, you leave the Roth contributions section of your return blank unless you specifically made direct contributions to a Roth IRA.

A rollover or conversion to a Roth IRA that is reported through a Form 1099-R is not considered to be a contribution to the Roth IRA.
