When I click "Needs Review" under Review your 1099R info, I'm taken to a page that doesn't show my financial institution. When I click "add/edit", the same occurs.

How to review 1099-R info? Needs Review isn't taking me to correct info; add/edit also is taking me to wrong page. I'm stuck.

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
