When going through the screens for the CSA 1099-r form it asks if part of this is an RMD because I'm over 70. The CSA-1099 is my pension, i get monthly payouts forever.

When you receive monthly payments for your pension, all payments are considered as RMDs. You can answer in TurboTax that this is an RMD and that you have satisfied all RMD requirements.
