When filing your income taxes with Turbo tax how do you include a 1099-g received by your state but someone used your ss number to get unemployment benefits?

I was a victim of fraud. someone used my ss number and  employment where I still work mind you and filed for unemployment benefits. But they used my married name and I haven't been married in 17 years.

You can try here:

https://www.identitytheft.gov/

From my brief scan, it doesn't look like it will help you very much.

IRS also has a form for reporting fraud.

You need to contact your state tax revenue division to inform them that you did not lose your job and those benefits went somewhere else unknown.
