When entering Tax Payments by Quarter, which taxes should I include? Only federal income taxes or also Medicare / SS?

Just income tax on W2 box 2 and 1099 box 4.  Do you also pay estimated taxes?

Thank you! I have not paid estimated taxes for federal taxes last year, only for state taxes.

 

How would that affect this?
