What type of retirement income receive from Pennsylvania. it's NY retirement Prudential Pension. I choose State Type Code, I'm eligible; plan's eligible (no PA tax)"?

"I am being asked what type of retirement income I receive from Pennsylvania. It is from my NY retirement Prudential Pension. Do I choose box entitled "State Type Code", pull down the menu. "I'm eligible; plan's eligible (no PA tax)"??"

Yes "I'm eligible; plan's eligible (no PA tax)" is the correct choice if you are retired. 

Commonly recognized retirement benefits are not taxable for Pennsylvania purposes if you retired and met the requirements for retirement under your employer’s plan.
