What to do if I don't have my 1099R form

You need to contact the plan administrator for a copy of the Form 1099-R.  Or you may be able to sign onto the plan website and there may be a Form 1099-R available on the site.

If you received a pension or took money from a retirement account in 2022 you should have received a 1099R by early February.  Contact the custodian of the account or go on their website to see if you can get a copy there.

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
