What is the value to report in the FBAR (Fincen 114) for securities and mutual funds? Is it the maximum value over the year or the value at the end of the calendar year?

I have more than $10.000 in savings, mutual funds and securities, I'm required to file the FBAR.

On the FBAR, you have to report the value of your securities and mutual funds as of the last day of the calendar year.
