What is the Payers ID Number for the Social Security Administration ?

I need to know the Payer's TIN Number for the Social SEcurity Administration

There is no Payer ID number for the Social Security Administration (SSA) when it comes to entering your social security income on Form SSA-1099.  If someone is an employee of the SSA, then they would have a federal employer identification number (EIN) on their W-2.

You are trying to enter your SSA1099 in the wrong place.

 

 Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
