What do I put if the company I had 401k closed and I was played off

This is referring to my form 1099-R form I was forced to withdrawal my 401k bcuz the company closed and i was layed off

You do not need to enter anything about your employer on the 1099-R screen.   After you enter the form, you will be asked what you did with the money.    If you rolled over any of the money and put it back into a qualified plan, you can indicate that then.    If you kept the money, don't indicate that you rolled it over and TurboTax will get the income correctly reported on your return.  

 

Amounts you rollover are not taxable.  How does a retirement plan withdrawal (Form 1099-R) affect my taxes?
