We received a 1099 NEC but the address is listed as our old address in PA but our LLC address is in Nevada. How do we report this so we don't end up owing PA?

Nevada is a no state income tax state but PA does have state income tax. Do we need to have the payer submit a new 1099?

It would be most beneficial to you for the payer to correct the 1099-NEC to your new address.  As long as you earned all the income reported in NV, you do not need to file a return for PA.  If you moved during 2022, you will need to file a part-year resident form and allocate the income and expenses applicable to PA.
