Potential solution

Follow these instructions to try and resolve the issue.

  1. Select File from the left menu.
  2. Select Revisit next to Step 1: Review your Order.
  3. Change the payment method between Pay with Federal Refund and Pay with Credit Card, then switch back to your original payment method, and continue through to pay and e-file your return.
