We contributed to our employers' 401k and Roth plans. Do we enter this under Contributions to a Traditional IRA or is this already accounted for via our W2s?

Enter amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax.

Your contributions were not to an IRA, they were contributions to a 401(k).  A 401(k) is not an IRA.  The Roth account is part of the 401(k).
