W2 and 5498-SA show 2300 contribution to HSA. I'm 57yrs old, should have 4500 limit. Turbotax thinks 100 excess contribution. Why?

You have mistakenly entered the contribution twice.  Enter amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax.  Go back to the HSA contribution section and remove the personal contribution that you entered there; that's only for HSA contributions not made through your employer.
