TurboTax Updated on 1/25/2000 and still does not have capability to record Retirement income

When will turbotax 2019 have the retirement section so that I may finish filing my taxes? It is already 1/25/2020 and it's not available.

Are you referring to entry of a Form 1099-R?  There is nothing preventing you from entering a Form 1099-R.  When do you see this problem?

To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -

  • Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
  • Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
  • Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
  • Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
  • On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button

Or enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R

Or are you referring to a Form 8606, Nondeductible IRAs?  If so, the form 8606 is estimated to be available on 02/05/2020
