It show 2023 My IRA withdraws is $1,264,063.00, which is obliviously wrong. Should I have it to be fixed?

You need to edit the Form 1099-R's reported and check the form for a misplaced decimal point or for a comma used as a decimal point.

It is happened in 2024 tax return with Turbo Tax. For Incomes and Deductions sections, it has both 2023 and 2024 columns providing the data comparison. On my screen, under 2023 column, it shows my IRA withdraws is $1,264,063.00. I dig  out the 1040-SR form filed for 2023, line 4a (IRA distributions) shows $50000 - which is correct.  I wonder how $1,264,063.00 come out and how should I get it fixed (or it can be ignored?) ?

(it's not related to decimal point displacement.)

Thanks.
