Turbotax keeps flagging my CSA 1099-R form in the review but indicates no error when I review the detail. Is this an error in the software. Never had problems before.

I've entered the form manually and by taking a photo. I've checked the numbers multiple times. Is this an error in Turbotax?

Error in TTX?  Yes.....probably.  Taking pictures has led to all sorts of problems.

 

You should delete that form entirely, then enter it manually form the menu of 1099-R forms, being careful to select the CSA-1099-R when presented with the 4 1099-R sub-types.

 

If you can't "import" an item directly form the provider..Don't "upload" a picture (or PDF) of this, or any other tax form.  Some year, the AI that interprets the data will work better....but it's not there yet.     Just type the form and it's data in manually.
