TurboTax is saying that I have a W-2c coming because I deferred some of my social security taxes last year. I did not defer any social security taxes.

Were you in the military or received a 1099-NEC? If not, Turbo tax will let you file anyway but if you do receive a W2-C in the meantime, you can amend your return later on if this is the case.
