TurboTax is asking me for a tracking number for prudential retirement. No such number exists and I cannot move forward without it. What am I supposed to do?

Use the TYPE IT IN MYSELF  option  then manually enter the 1099-R info ...

To e-File, the Payer's TIN is required.

You'll find it on your 1099-R document from Prudential.
