To enter a Roth IRA contribution in TurboTax go to:

  1. Federal Taxes.
  2. Deductions & Credits.
  3. Scroll down to "Retirement and Investments"
  4. Select "Traditional and Roth IRA Contributions"
  5. Continue with the interview to enter your Roth IRA contribution.

Please be aware,  the same general contribution limit applies to both Roth and traditional IRAs. However, your Roth IRA contribution might be limited based on your filing status and income.
