Turbotax has listed my wife's HSA total 2018 contributions as my contributions but I'm retired. I can't find a place to change this. Has anyone had this problem?

Please revisit the HSA section and carefully review all of the entries. 

You might want to go through the HSA section for yourself as well to make sure nothing accidentally got entered into any of the boxes. Indicate that you had an HSA and just go through and clear our any entries.
