Turbo Tax won't let me finish Annualized Income Installment method saying "Check This Entry" and displaying Line 18 = 0. What is need to complete this?

IRS instructions for line 18 says it for annualizing earned income credits. What these?

TurboTax enters any credits from your 1040.  Try to <blank> the entry.
