Turbo tax won't accept the amount in my 1099R block 5

keeps deleting the amount of my insurance premiums and call is an error even though the math adds up.

Please clarify your circumstance.

  • Is there an error message when you post box 5?
  • Is box 5 larger than Box 1?
  • Is there an amount in Box 2a?
  • What is the code in box 7?
