What happened? TurboTax does not make the payments to pay your tax due. All TT does is pass the information for your payments on to the IRS and/or state if you choose to pay the tax by direct debit from your account. It is up to the IRS/state to pull out those payments. If you entered incorrect banking information or if your e-filed returns were rejected, then the IRS/state were not able to withdraw the payments.
