Turbo tax is not recognizing my pension income as non-taxable in the state of Pennsylvania. It's definitely not taxable. How can I fix this?

I was told to go back to the interview questions but I can't get back to the one that asks about this.  Can I delete the Pennsylvania return and start over?  If I delete it will I get charged for reloading it as my free state return?

No, you do not need to delete it.  You need to walk through all of the PA questions until you come to one that says Tell us about this plan.  You will then select, I'm eligible; Plans Eligible

I am a retired 77 yr. Old educator.  I have lived in pa. For over 20 years.  I collect a pension and social security.  While doing my pa. Taxes , the computer shows I owe over $2000.00 in Pennsylvania taxes…. This is a state that doesn’t tax seniors who live in Pa.  Last year I paid under $20.00 what’s going on  I’m using Turbotax
