Turbo tax is not calculating my 1099R disaster distribution correctly, says 1/3rd of 30k is 20K

I paid tax on 10K of the 30K I removed. I should pay tax on 10K this year and the final 10K next year.  Turbo tax says 1/3rd of 30K is 20K. I can change the 1099R taxable amount to 10K but I don't think this is correct or legal

what 1099-R?

there is no 1099-R for the second or third part of you covid distribution.

you're not entering the numbers correctly.

I see your point, I deleted the 2020 1099R data, It asked for my 2020 8915E information. Everything looks good, Thanks

you need to find the disaster distribution section (Form 8915-F)

It will not ask you about your 1099-R. It will ask you about the taxable amount on your 2020 tax return ( $10,000 ).

That is what it did, and those are the questions it asked. My overview screen shows my w2 income, my investment/savings income but only shows my Air Force pension in the 401K pension plan withdraws, The 10K does not show as income that I can see.

Update: When I went through the entire review the 1099 section said 1099R income 18K, Total taxable 28K so I am filing with my fingers crossed.
