It depends. There is a follow-up question asking if you inherited this IRA. Check to see if you answered this question yes. Also, check your 1099R hard copy check to see if there a code 4 listed. If so, this may have triggered the question.
If neither of the two conditions exist above, delete the 1099R entry and then reenter it. After deleting, sign out of the program and sign back in again. This should alleviate the issue.
