Turbo Tax indicates to say "YES if you plan to make a regular contribution by April 18, 2023.." Does this mean Oct 16 2023 for those in Fed Declared disaster area?

IRS extended the tax-filing deadline to residents in a Federally declared disaster area to Oct 16, 2023, to file tax returns and make IRA contributions, but TurboTax does not give this option. Is this correct?

In your case read "April 18" as "October 16." TurboTax has no provision to change the text for those who have had their filing deadline changed to October 16.
