Turbo Tax does not recognize the Annuity company used for my IRA. Don't know how to enter the data. Doesn't give me option. Please advise. Liz F

If you cannot import it then simply make a manual entry ... scroll down and choose to enter it another way.

Scroll down and click on Change the way I enter it

and then on the next screen pick I'll type it in myself.
