Turbo tax did not prompt me to have higher education expenses that I paid with an early w/d from my IRA eliminated from 10%.

Any suggestions on how to have form 5329 added?

Click on Other Tax Situations

Scroll down to under "Additional Tax Payments"

to "Extra Tax on Early Retirement Withdrawals" Start
