Turbo Tax apparently cannot recognize the WA State retirement system, (tax payer's) tin #: [number removed], allowing us to enter information. How can we move on?

We have used turbo tax the past eight years with no problems entering the data on the ten 99's. We have been stuck for two days because they will not recognize the Retirement system.
