TT Not Prompting Non Deductible IRA

I began taking RMD's in 2015.  When I was contributing to the IRA I made some non-deductible contributions.  In past years, TT has asked me if any portion of my RMD was attributable to non-deductible contributions.  I'm not getting that prompt this year (2019 tax year).  Furthermore, when I look at my data imported from Fidelity, I see that the import is creating new 1099-R line items instead of matching this year's data with the line items already created in previous years.  In the 1099-R portion of the Wages & Income section I see a line item apparently created by last year's input and a new one from the import for this year.  Any idea what might be causing these problems and whether they are related?

i am not sure if these are related or not without being able to view your screen. To make sure the information is recorded correctly this year, I would suggest deleting the import and manually enter the information just to make sure the information is entered correctly, THIS YEAR.
