TT not calculating underpayment penalty (I'm a sole proprietor) because it didn't ask my 2019 income/AGI. It's calculating based on 0 for 2019. Where does 2019 info go?

You need to use these menu tabs in TurboTax to work on underpayment of tax penalties:

  1. Other Tax Situations
  2. Additional Tax Payments
  3. Underpayment penalties
