TSP 1099-R

I moved last year about mid year from FL to TN, and I received two 1099-R's (one for FL & one for TN) from me TSP account.  Do I combine them into one entry or do I need to make two TSP entries on my tax return?  I have the same situation on my Principal account.  I this case I have one 1099-R with two lines, one for FL and one for TN.

Thank you

Main thing is that the total income is reported and not more than you received.

If TSP gave you one for while a resident of TN, and another while a resident of FL, then show it as 2 1099R's.

The one from Principal enter as one 1099R with each state show, however much you got while a resident there.
