Trying to add IRA distributions from Prudential and AIG. I have the amounts but not the addresses or TINs. The search does not even list AIG so have to add manually.

Turbo-Tax has trouble logging onto my Prudential online account.

You Must have the Form 1099-R before starting to enter distributions from an IRA.  If you do not have the paper copy then you should be able to get the 1099-R from the plan administrators website.

Enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R

On the screen Did you get a 1099-R in 2021? Click on Yes

On the next screen click on Continue

On the screen Let's import your tax info Click on Change how I enter my form

On the screen How do you want to add your 1099‑R? Click on Type it in myself

On the screen Who gave you a 1099-R? select the type of 1099-R you received and Continue

Thanks, I was able to manually add both Prudential and AIG 1099-R once I retrieved the forms from the websites, but I was trying to have Turbo Tax do it automatically. Prudential was having login problems on Saturday but I was able to get in late in the day. AIG was NOT even listed as a financial institution. It is American International Group, but not on the list. All set though and both fed and state returns were accepted.
