Traditional IRA to Roth Conversion not reflected in Roth basis in IRA Info Wks

I have a Traditional IRA (tIRA) and Roth IRA. In 2021, all my tIRA distributions went to my Roth. I imported 1099-R but don't see the conversion reflected in the IRA Info Worksheet Part V section for Roth IRA Contribution and Conversion Balances. All lines 33 to 49 in the Worksheet are blank. How do I get my 2021 tIRA to Roth conversions into the worksheet?

To convert a Traditional IRA to a Roth

  1. Type "1099-r" in Search in the upper right
  2. Select "Jump to 1099-r"
  3. EDIT your 1099-R
  4. Continue until you see What Did You Do With The Money from...
  5. Select "I moved the money to another retirement account (or returned it to the same retirement account)
  6. Choose "I did a combination of rolling over, converting, or cashing out the money
  7. Enter the amount converted to a Roth IRA account

Thank you for the help. I scrolled through my 1099-R.

It may be a bit different for 2021. I didn't the text as you described but did find on 1099-R lines

  • B4 Amount of this distribution that may be rolled or converted to a Roth IRA
  • B5 Check this box if the entire amount on line B4 above was converted to a Roth IRA
