There seems to be a bug with rollover 1099-R Roth IRA portion. trying to rollover the entire amount of a distribution and it will not allow 2b in box 7 and no full amount

If your 1099-R shows a 2 and a B in Box 7, you may need a corrected 1099-R.

Code 2 is an early distribution (except Roth) and B is a Roth distribution, so these codes don't go together.

When you enter your 1099-R as shown, TurboTax will ask followup questions about what you did with the funds.

If you rolled over (partial or full amount) to an IRA, a Roth IRA, or a combination.

Edit the Form 1099-R and in the follow-up make sure to indicate that the distribution is NOT from a Roth IRA account.

This question in TurboTax is a trick question.  Since code B already indicates that the distribution is from a Roth account in a qualified retirement plan, not from a Roth IRA, this question asked by TurboTax serves no purpose other than to trip you up.
