The taxes from my retirement and social security incomes are not edited in the federal tax due section? Why?

Would like to receive a phone call from a tax person?  should I leave my phone number?

What do you mean "not edited"?  The 1099 withholding should be on 1040 line 25b.  If not go back and Review or Edit the 1099R and SSA-1099.
