The tax act program is using the total for the period 1/1/20-7/15/20 as the total tax withheld for the year on form 2210 line D. How can this be fixed?

Please be more specific about Line D.  There is a checkbox D before Part I, another in the Refundable Credits Smart Worksheet, another in Part II.  But there is no Line D!
