the roth 457b has no income limit to which i contributed to. Turbo Tax does not give option for roth 457b

how or where do I let Turbo Tax know my roth contribution should have no income limit?

Make sure you are not reporting the contributions in the wrong section. 

The contributions to the Roth 457(b) are already reported with code EE in box 12 of your W-2. You don't enter that amount again on your return. 

Remove any amount reported  in the Retirement and Investments section under Roth IRS contribution.
