The question is: what is the youngest age I could have retired with my last employer if I had't been disabled? Problem is I have never been disabled. How do I answer?

Different employers may have different criteria for establishing a minimum retirement age, Please refer to this IRS link, for additional guidance on this subject.  I have found age 55 is a common age but could vary depending on the policies of the employer.
