The District of Columbia made a tax lien and cleaned out my checking account. I don't owe DC taxes. They have made a mistake. I am a retired military guy. What do I do?

Contact the DC Office of Tax and Revenue to see about the tax lien they put on you and what you have to do to resolve the  situation.  Their contact information is:
