Stopping my efile saying problem with my 1099R box 14a for electric filing New York state withholdings can be > than or = to gross dist... it is not but won't work

Do you have an amount entered in box 16a? Check to make sure this amount is entered or it will cause you to get this error. If Nothing is listed in this box on your form, enter the amount from box 1 here.
