Spousal rollover after death

Please, help to understand. My husband passed away January 2024. His money from 3 different IRA accounts were transferred to mine own IRA account through spousal rollovers (what advisor said). I got 3 1099-r forms with code 4(noG) in box 7. Is that correct? How should I report that to not pay taxes?

When you enter your Forms 1099-R, you will be asked some questions about what you did with the money.  Indicate that 100% of it was rolled over to another IRA.  That will keep it from being taxable.

Thanks a lot!

One more question- 1099-r form on my deceased husband name. When program asks me "who does this 1099-r belong to?"- who I should choose myself or husband? If myself, then I choose that it's inherited IRA, if my spouse's name, what I click after?

Indicate the 1099-R belongs to you since it was rolled over to your IRA and then answer the same way as explained by our tax expert @DavidD66, 100% of it was rolled over to another IRA.

Keep all the documents with your tax file.
